Bleaaahhhh

Okay, I’m tired, and I just want to type a post since it’s been a while since I’ve typed one.

Tests, tests, tests,
Math, Chinese, all.
Projects, projects, projects,
Life Sciences, Heart & Voice, and plenty more.

Complaints, complaints, complaints,
To me, about others, about all.
Listen, listen, listen,
I do, they don’t, not all.

Do, do, do,
I, him, the rest.
Amount, amount, amount,
?, O.o, @#$@#%$@%#$^$%^#^$#.

Heart, heart, heart,
Life, love, tired.
Soul, soul, soul,
Gone, waning, hanging.

Body, body, body,
Infected, tired, wrong.
Mind, mind, mind,
Lost, found, lost.

Vision, vision, vision,
To, complete, out of sight.
Future, future, future,
Bleak, optimistic, – .

The poetic essence was inspired in me when I wrote the first line and found it to be a nice start to a poem. LOL! Oh well.

Jealousy is brewing. To be or not to be, that is not the question, but the question in essence is if to be is to be because of factors that make to be.

A sponge life is one that I lead I find in certain times. I hate shouting. Shouting makes me worked up and angry even though it wasn’t meant to be in a fit of anger. I hate it. I would be taken on a guilt-trip. It hurts. Bad. Real bad.

I can take things. A lot. Probably. I lead a black-hole life. All enters. None exit. Scary. Weird.

I hate myself. Many a time. Wonder why. No answer. Because……….

My pillar. Any loose debris. Hate it. Destroy. But…………. Black-hole. Too bad.

People complain. Life sucks. I say.

People complain. Take things with a pinch of salt. I say.

People complain. You asked for it. You deserved it. I say. Me? The bastard? The devil?

Life. Get it right. Think. Internalise. Make it right. Change stars.

WordPress posts. Long. Short. Short. Diary? Entertain? Aim? Yes? Yes? ??

Goodnight all. ^^

*Munch Munch*

Wee~! Saturday has arrived! It’s Band Prac day – one of the more eventful events during my boring weekends.

Gua Khee was totally sleeeuuwwww. We were supposed to meet in school at like 9am? I called her at 8.30am, thank goodness she was awake, but she said she’d be a little late. Then I waited for her call at home, so I practiced my piano and even played some computer games. She called at like 9.30am saying that she was at the void deck, and then we walked to school. The agenda was to play the awesomely cool game – MUNCHKINS! *munch munch*

We reached school, the LT was locked, Derek had the key, we went to SAC to get it, I was like *poke poke* *whisper whisper* to get the key and finally after a looong time, he realised I was there and he passed me the keys. Sheesh~

Went back to LT and started playing, before not too long, John and co. popped in and was like “GOTCHA!”… . . .  .  .  .   .   .   .    .    .    .     .     .     .      .      .      .       .       .       .        .        .

And so the game now was played by John, Gua Khee, Justin, and me. Ladadada~ Undoubtedly, John won. I don’t care, the decks werent shuffled properly! Hmph~!

Somehow karma affects me in many ways, and the effects are vividly felt when it bites real hard in the ass. Like how I sort of cheated a bit when I saw the next “door” card was a level 12 monster which I could not kill, and took the card from the other pile. And then in the end, I lost. Then yesterday, the vengeance bit me hard when I ate most of the mudpie with the tobascco. Tsk~! I shalt not do no more evil, lest I be cursed with a dark fate. Haha~!

Then, it was time for combined. Amazingly, the band was set up when I went there. Haha! First time the IB band don’t need to set up… or… maybe they set up while we were playing. Lol!

Oooooo Oooooo! The fun part is coming! We played Blue Shades and Persis! AHHHHHH! They were quite foreign to me as we hardly practice them, but as we played I go the hang of it. It’s like they say, it’s like riding a bicycle.

I like Blue Shades where the horns do the stop mute thing. The brassy sound is quite very nice if done properly. It’s hard to catch the correct pulse though. I’m not sure if it’s just me or what, but certain parts, I feel that people rush into it. I don’t know. Oh well, it is afterall quite a hard piece to play.

PERSIS! PERSIS! PERSIS! Ooooooooh! So beautiful! So EMO! I heart it! I heart it! It is so beautifuuuuul! Da da da da da da da da~ Da da da da da da da da~ Da da da da da da da-da da da-da da~ Da da da da da~ …. Ooooo So much express-i-on! It was so nice I poured my heart and soul into playing our counter-melody. Oooooo how much I love Persis! *Muacks* Haix, but the fast part…. I need more work on it. Tsk. For the slow movement, I don’t really know how the melody sounds like. Haha! Either too engrossed or play too loudly, or they play too softly. Huhu~!

Wee~! So that’s over, too bad, played my best, loved it, owned it. So we went to Macdonalds to eat lunch! Wee! Clementi! Gua Khee ate so slow that we had to wait for her, and by the time that was over, it was 3.30pm and I missed my tuition lesson (supposed to start at 3.30pm). Basically my teacher had to rush off at 5pm and the lesson was supposed to be a 2 hour lesson. SOWIE!

Took a bus back home, slept for 2 1/2 hours, woke up at 8.30pm, ate a huge dinner, watched animes on crunchyroll, watched an MV, helped my new BFF to search for ACJC Mass Dance 2008 videos, blogging, chatting, filling up some CAS stuff although only on the rough outline, not sure how to do it exactly. Yep that’s about it for the day. Tired. 1.10am now. Bleh.

Piano lesson tomorrow, need to practice! Found out I have quite a lot to do tomorrow. I created a whole word document just to write down my week’s schedule lest I forget and suffer a doomed fate. Lol! Okay, I’m done with this post. Tired. Goodnight world! Love each other!

-Peace-

Jenn.

Break! Finally!

Wee!! The sacred day has come…. Friday! The one day to mark and seal the fate of the hectic school life for two days of impeccably well rest; the finishing line of a leg of the ardous marathon that spans across five gruesome days. The days have long past since the last Friday, the same markage and yardstick; seven to be precise. It is as such that a reason has come to my mind instantaneously when I searched for one: I had two tests, one IA, to study and do respectively.

Basically for the Bio IA, or if it even is an IA, I did extra work which I regretted doing. It was just testing us on MS and DCP, yet I stayed up till 1 or 2 just to do the extra CE which was not graded for. DOH! How much I regret doing that. Because of that stupendous action, I had both enabled myself to get more practice on writing a proper CE, yet screwed up my entire week’s energy level and concentration level. =S

As for sleep, it is unfortunate for me that for the past few days, I woke up in the morning only to find myself just as tired as the night before before I slept. Which… sucks. It even happened when I slept early for the night before Bio test at around 11pm or so. And even then, I was sleeping while studying and concepts kept running through my mind, repeating themselves, like the episode in Dexter’s Laboratory where Dexter had to sit for a test and he slept with a machine feeding him information so he aced the test the next day (or so I think he did).

My Bio test… *Sigh* Let’s see… I did not have a watch, did all the questions, was doing the last question which was SUPER DUPER EASY, the drawing of a labelled diagram of a fluid-mosaic model of the plasma membrane! 4 MARKS! Drew it half-way, “Time’s up!” I was like, WTH?! OMG! No! Let me draw finish! =( I forgot which was which for prokaryote and eukaryote! Damn! I knew that would bite me in the ass! Thats was 3 marks. So, by our teacher’s definition, 40/50 for the test is the passing mark for the class. Since I have my 7 marks in total flying far away, I guess… Remedial is eminent for me. *Sigh*. And then… people will start looking at me like… Hey! Aren’t you like… Isn’t you mom a Bio teacher?! Why are you like attending remedial?! And… I’ll have nothing to say… nothing much really…

Physics test was today. As much as the test was a killer, or some sort, THE BLOODY SCOUTS ATE UP OUR TEST TIME! SO UNFAIR! So we wasted like precious time to do the questions. At least I finished question 3. Not sure if the answers are right though. Question 4… only drew the free body diagram. =S Damn… this term… sciences are down the drain.

Ah!! TOK lessons have FINALLY become more fun! Thank you Mr. Kevin! Ooh! It was so funny, him and Tim badgering each other, though Tim always loses. Haix, the fate of arrogant bastards who thinks they know everything just by textbook answers and memorising, and making a fool out of himself just to attract attention; changing classes only to want to change back, and want people to petition when no one wants him anywhere. Well, to a certain extent it gives comic relief, but to most of it, it is more than bullshit coming out from him, which is not really productive in the discussion in most aspects and time. Well, anyways, I hope our TOK teacher stays… I really wish he could, but he probably has NS to go for, unless he is not Singaporean. I like his way of making people think, and at the end of the day, although it is not given information, by using questioning close to that of Socratic Elenchus, we can understand certain concepts and internalise them through the discussion. ^^ I’m a happy boy in TOK lessons nowadays, although I hope they don’t end, I hope they continue for 2 years and maybe, just maybe I’ll get A for my TOK essay like him! Wee!

Band! Boooring… the pressure was on again to hit the high A (on horn) for the stupid Robin Hood fanfare. *tsk* There is something about playing to a crowd in open spaces to important people… You just can’t get the notes out. It’s not wierd, but very irritating; you try to overcome it, but somehow… you just mostly fail. You hit some, you miss some. Aside from the crowd, you hit… almost all… irritating.

Ronald was such a slackar! He totally did not even bring his clarinet to play for the rehearsal! *TSK* Such poor example coming from the Band President! *TSK* Oh well, I guess he was rather mild compared to the other ExCo of the Wind Ensemble, who TOTALLY PON THE REHEARSAL?!?! Bloody hell, there were no year 6 except Ronald and Paul! *…KILL ALL PEOPLE… MUST… RESIST… TEMPTATION…*

Boring stuff all over… almost… we had to play more Robin Hood… thanks people! Died.

Went back to LT and continued practicing the part… High A… High A… It gets demoralizing when the way people do stuff, maybe out of pure innocence or whatever, but… Haix… Anyways… High A… Target is set to that now… Must hit it! then B is next, then C! and then band life should be a piece of cake since my single tongue can replace double tongue! Roxors!

I thought Ronald was kidding when he said he was going home… then he repeated himself and was rather serious about it. Then he left the LT and went home, leaving us with the keys. *Tsk* I can so swear that I heard him say 8.30am when I first asked him. Then now he says 10.30am to be at the LT since combined starts at like 11am. =S

After, we stalled for time to buy Amos some time to buy Daryl his presents. So I played the piano to distract. At the same time, I had to practice for my very-soon-upcoming piano practical exam for grade 8 on the 26th of February. Damn, but I do feel that the song sounds much much way better since I am now infusing the songs with expression and feeling. ^^ Daryl wanted to make an effect on the ending of my song where I end off with chords, so I had to play a very tiring 5 minutes or so song just to let them make the effect. It was really tiring. My forearm muscles were tensed when I finished. Boy… but it was good practice! The piano keys’ weight is heavier than my house’s one, so its good weight training for my fingers since every other piano that I play, their keys are always heavier than my piano’s.

Went to NYDC to eat. Tried to play cards, but were told not to. Gave Yam products to Mr. Yam and ate our food. Man, the food was scrumptious! Faked an accent. Played the number game with a mudpie called “Band Aid” with cheese, chilly bits, and tabascco sauce. I’m so sure it’s all because of Sam Ho that the feng shui near us were so bad. *Tsk* Haha, but we became BFFs because of that. It always boiled down to she choosing the number, and more often than not, I always kena the mudpie. Haix, maybe it’s karma. I was the one who added so much tobascco sauce and cheese in fit of revenge.

I ate the crap for so many rounds just to make Daryl eat a tablespoon of the crap. Well, I guess with that huge spoon of crap, it was worth it. Lol!

Went brewing at Essential Brew after that and talked, ate, drank, played cards, then went home.

We talked about swapping instruments. Since Kah Wei wanted to play French Horn, and I don’t mind playing Clarinet, I proposed a swap! I mean, it is so fun! We get to learn a new instrument! And who knows? We may actually be proficient in it more than our primary instruments. Clarinets… Quite fun. I hardly hear their parts so I’m quite interested as to what they play, and the difficulty of playing running notes and stuff like that, and things like double tonguing and triple tonguing on a reed instrument. And most of all that I want to do on a Clarinet is to play the opening solo for Rhapsody in Blue. ^^ It’d be so cool.

Alright, it is 1.20am right now… I’m waking up early to play Munchkins with Gua Khee tomorrow! Got to go sleep. I’ll need to rest tomorrow… See-Rye-Ous-Ly (seriously). Probably be sleeping at like 10pm or having a looooooooong afternoon nap after Math tuition. K then! Goodnight!

P.S.! OMG! Almost forgot! Anneliese is in ACS! That is SOOOOO COOOL! OMG! LOONG TIME NO SEE! K. Gdnite people!
