My first plan of showcasing what we are playing played by other bands was dashed as the first piece that I searched for, Persis, I think we owned all of them.
Fret not, I managed to find a better deal than anyone of you could imagine. Enjoy it as I have! Be inspired like I was!
This piece made me realise why I loved music at all to begin with. It brought me back to when I wanted to play all sorts of instruments.
This piece made me want to pick up violin as I always have. I shall strive to do well in my piano first. ^^
Regrettable but true, this piece made me so shameful of myself when I see the pianist play so well. Especially the parts where she has to play like demisemiquaver chords. Pros are pros, they make everything seem so easy. Gambatte!
Whilst listening to this piece, it made me look back on the two violinists, and it renewed my passion for music and revived a new flame and drive to strive to make such good music like them! ^^
Though just a mere preview of their CD, Passion, it resembled so much like our band, what we all went through, the practices, the sweat and blood, the good times, the fun times. It made me cherish and relinquish the past, as well as wish and hope, looking forward to a bright new day and future with our friends in band! Through thick and thin, we shall stick together and pull through, sharing our pains and joys.
I hope this little sharing inspired you guys as it did for me. As for feelings, needless to say, it would differ from person to person, but I hope you guys were inspired by the music, just as the days are closing in on band camp – our crunch time to polish our music to perfection like theirs! XD
